Kite Flying at Kadaloor
High rise buildings are everywhere in Singapore and I’m glad that there are open field places like Punggol and Kadaloor for kite flying. My friends and I took the MRT to Punggol before taking the LRT to Kadaloor, which is located to the extreme East of Singapore. Actually yesterday was the first time I flew a kite in my life! To top it up, we celebrated the belated birthday of a buddy of mine so it was an awesome day.

Strangely the LRT only goes one way in the afternoon and a vacant LRT is parked on the opposite lane. It wasn’t windy enough in the late afternoon as we only got the kites to fly in the evening when it was cooler and windier.

Wheeee we got the kite flying!

My friend brought chilli tuna to go with bread and it was yummy! Never knew it was that tasty till I tried it yesterday. Hopefully yesterday was a memorable birthday celebration as I enjoyed the day totally. :-)

Ah, been a while since I flew a kite. I think my old box one is broken somewhere in the garage. Living close to the waters = plenty of wind.
Food…
… but no chili, can’t handle spiced foods.
