Shoujo Sect ~Innocent Lovers~ 2nd Period

Shoujo Sect ~Innocent Lovers~ is an OVA hentai animation spun from an eromanga titled Shoujo Sect 「少女セクト」. It is unsuitable for minors or the sensitive and contains images and content that might cause discomfort to some.
Really, I only have my laziness to blame for reviewing the 2nd OVA late but since I have already blogged on the 1st Period, I’ll be reviewing this series to the end and cross comparing it with the manga whenever possible.

For the 2nd OVA, Shinobu takes a back seat as Momoko becomes the prime character this round. There’s the forbidden teacher-pupil relationship where Momoko involves herself with *surprise* *surprise* her homeroom cum Math’s teacher; the senpai-kouhai relationship between Kirin and Matsuri; and some random threesome in the teacher’s room.
The make-out scene is set in a luxurious hotel where the duo had a romantic meal before making out as compared to the manga where it’s set in the teacher’s house. I feel that the anime has successfully created a romantic build up towards their forbidden teacher-student relations as compared to the manga where their make-out seems rather strange (Them jumping into bed all of the sudden when Momoko is in the kitchen cooking).
There’s the “romantic and dreamy” build up before their make-out scene.

Not really romantic to begin with.
Perhaps the main purpose of OVA 2 is to act as a bridge between Momoko and Shinobu’s relations. There’s the slow shift in Momoko’s impression of Shinobu; from a negative impression to uncertainty and by the end of the OVA, Momoko is won over by Shinobu’s sincerity.

A thing though, I find 2 of the sex scenes rather unnecessary. The 1st is where Kirin and her supposedly suffering from measles kouhai Matsuri made out in the bedroom while the 2nd is where 3 random characters (who I have no idea who they are if not for the manga) enters the teacher room and did a threesome out of the blue. My “theory” is that since this is Shoujo Sect, H scenes need to be added or it won’t be a Hentai series where girls make out anymore.
The manga has portrayed the threesome scenes with more intensity.
I’m slightly disappointed to not see some one of the anticipated scenes like the one that I called the “teddy bear sex scene” between Veneo and Ayami. As for Tomoy and Sue, I’m not a fan of them and I find their scenes unnecessary even in the manga, so I have no qualms about them not appearing.

With just 1 more OVA to go, I highly doubt that those missed scenes from volume 1 would be included. Hopefully the last OVA would wrap things up nicely and include some of the highly anticipated sex scenes from volume 2. errrmm you are confusing me…Is this actually a Hentai or a regular series with some sex scenes and therfore labeled as Hentai?

To put it crudely, Shoujo Sect is a Hentai series where girls do each other in with many explicit scenes (nipples, orgy, pussy, etc) found in each of the 3 OVAs. It’s just that I refrained from posting those explicit images because they’re not that soothing for my eyes.
But I feel that its one of the better Yuri Hentai series with a plot of some sort though. Give it a try if you’re feeling boooored. :P
