Kinokuniya’s Autumn Needs Autumn Reads Members’ Exclusive Promotion from 24th to 26th Oct 2008
Kinokuniya is again having it’s 20% member discount from Friday to Sunday (24th to 26th Oct). Hence today is the last day for members to head down to shop! I went merrily with buddy yesterday evening but many of the manga that I plan to get are not even on the shelves. I think Kinokuniya either didn’t replenish the goods or the other shoppers got to the manga before me.
Only bought 4 manga yesterday but I’ll be placing orders for some out of stock series so that they might arrive just before Christmas and just in time for the next Kinokuniya discount period. Hehe XD

LOL, for some reason each time I go there the manga on sale are always the same titles at the same locations (especially @ Japanese manga section) e.g. Oishinbo has been at the very same location since my JC days??
Not to worry, the manga you want would soon reappear. I’ve no idea how many titles they have in stock, but if it’s popular enough it would be back on the shelves soon! :P Difference is probably paying 10% more though….
P.S. Haven’t been there for so long, need to update my manga collection soon haha.
