Dear Friends, I’m Doing Fine…
Recently I’m caught up with real life and I’m so busy to the extent that I’m unable to come online. Though I might be online on msn or mirc, I’m actually away so I would like to apologize in advance if I’ve given the impression that I’m ignoring anyone. My last few blog posts have been on things other than anime or manga because I haven’t been following anything recently; I even left my favorite Strike Witches on hold! However, I do try to visit some blogs and leave a comment or two if I do find the time. Again, I apologize for this. (:
I won’t be posting for a week or two (but I’ll try to when I can) because I need to meet my assignment deadlines. Meanwhile, here’s briefly what I’ve been up to recently.
1. Part time - I’m working part time in Spinelli (cafe) on campus and when I’m not mugging, I’m there brewing coffee and serving milkshakes to customers. It’s tough working there since it’s physically demanding and there’s lots of manual work but I’m still hanging onto this part time job for now.
2. School - I’m cool with usual school days but I’m busier on ODD weeks as compared to EVEN weeks. My university runs on a timetable where I have tutorials once fortnightly and I’ve a habit of cramping all tutorials into a week so that I don’t mix them up. In short, all my tutorials all on ODD weeks and I’m super busy on those days. Also, my readings and assignments are piling up on me. =_=”
3. Job Search - It’s never early to decide and consider my options since I’ll be graduating the middle of next year. I’m really searching for something that I will enjoy doing long term. Hopefully, I’ll come up with a decision soon.
4. Change – Everything around me is changing; my circumstances, my friends, family, etc. My grandmother just celebrated her 70th birthday last week and I enjoyed myself at her party. Another close friend of mine has gone overseas to study, so I was worried for her for a while but all is fine now. It seems to be the norm to be studying or working overseas nowadays ya. I’ve been putting in special efforts to attend events or to meet up with friends just to catch up with them so that has also taken up a good portion of my time.
We’re all busy! I understand that but I can’t help but worry for a few of my blogsphere friends. I know that Soshi is busy but she’s reassuring because she posts now and then with updates. Instead, I’m more worried of another 2 babes – If possible, does anyone has news of blissmo or marmot? I miss those babes and I’m a little worried because they just disappear from the blogsphere without a word. It’ll be great to know that they’re doing fine. (:
Sounds like youre having a tight timeschedule right now.Take it easy and dont push yourself too much.There are more important things than blogposts right now.Well be happy when the dust settles and youll be able to post again.Do have any idea what kinda job your searching for? Bureau?Medical?Art?Social?An Ability/Interest Test helped me out alot back when i had to decide what i want to do for a living.Im sorry but i havent heard anything about those two
Yeah take care of your health Hyn, that is more important! And your title… -_-I want to know what happened to Blissmo too. I bet CI is even way more anxious about her than me though lol, I am just curious, while his is…HNNNGGG.
Everything’s changing… *shudders* RL… Such a scary thought (I think I should get out more…)

Real life is like water… free and flowing but turbulent at times. However, if we escape too far… we’ll find ourselves in a 80,000 ft free-fall… and at that height, water’s just like concrete.I too am suffering from anime/manga deprivation. University studies is just getting the better of me (for now) and I’m also graduating in the first semester of next year. Such is life.

I know what happened to blissmo, but she swore me to secrecy. There’s a perfectly rational (and rationally silly) reason why there hasn’t been any Yukan updates, and it’s been annoying me too, but blissmo moves in mysterious ways.
As for my life, my parents have been locking me down for study so I haven’t been able to review much Anime of late. Last Anime related post I did was about a manga called Cowa! by Akira Toriyama, the same guy responsible for Dragon Ball.Yeah, life’s been tough this year for me because it’s the first year I’ve been away from my twin brother for an extended period of time, since he’s at University and I’m still stuck at school on the Pathways Program. I’ll be 19 when I graduate from school completely, if everything goes to plan. I feel older than the other students around me, and they don’t know me very well except for a few people. 
And my childhood promise girl won’t answer my phone calls. If you don’t know what happened to me back in Year 8, this girl I had the biggest crush on promised to marry me if I made three hoop shots in on the basketball court. 
I promptly delivered, and since then she hasn’t been very reliable about contacting me. I’m not even sure I’m willing to commit to this woman if she won’t even call me, despite giving me her phone number so I could call her, which I have done repeatedly. It’s like my last experience with love all over again, only more painful. Why do girls never answer my calls even though they gave me their phone numbers? I’ve lost faith in childhood promises, maybe it’s just something that happens in Anime… 
I’m very lonely and even Faerie women won’t go out with me. When even mythical creatures reject your advances, you know how low you feel. I’ve felt absolutely miserable this week because I’ve been waiting for something great to happen to me, and all that happens is I keep being disappointed in love. Yomiko Readman’s not exactly going to drop out of the sky and hit on me, but it would be nice if some woman who I adored liked and loved me.

Hi Lindy, I would advice spreading out your work over the mid term break and sticking to the plan dilligently so that you will be back on your feet when school starts without feeling like the one week break was a waste. =)
Sounds like real life is getting to you, Hyn. Don’t worry, it happens to us all the time. Just be sure to keep yourself healthy, Hyn.

I’m interested in History (that’s the reason I major in it) but I have zero intention of becoming a teacher. Its just that I’m no teacher material and I can’t handle kids. I’ll most probably sign up for a temporary job in an art museum during my one month break as trial. Still I’m looking into History related jobs and keeping my options open. Thanks for the Interest test suggestion though. (:
