Strike Witches Episode 4 – Enemies Turn Allies
Yoshika makes more friends in this episode; this time she turns 2 potential enemies into allies. Again, we see Yoshika pushing herself to the limit in the magic arena so that she can save her comrade. There’s focus on Barkhorn this time; the others Witches will earn their screen time soon enough. Below is an image spam on Yoshika’s new allies; the summary for episode 4.
Potential Enemy – Barkhorn Gertrude

Credentials
- BBF with Commander Minna-Dietlinde and Flying Officer Hertmann Erica.
- Ace attacker with a record of shooting down approximately 250 Neuroi.
- Power pack attacker who wields 2 guns.
- Rank: Lieutenant
The reasons for “enemy-ing” Yoshika
#1. Reminds Barkhorn of her sister.

Yoshika’s semblance to Barkhorn’s sister, Chris.

#2. Reminds Barkhorn that she failed to protect her sister.

Chris is still unconscious.
#3. Reminds Barrkhorn that she failed to protect her country.

Engulfed in flames.
#4. Have to pair with n00b Yoshika during training.

Yoshika flies off course with style!!!

Potential Enemy – Perrine

Credentials
- Self assumed pet of Major Sakamoto.
- Famous tattletale whom everyone tries to give in.
- Rank: Flying Officer.
The reasons for “enemy-ing” Yoshika
#1. Major Sakamoto paying more attention to Yoshika as compared to her.

Training both Yoshika and Lynne.
#2. Yoshika hit her head with a mop, accidentally.

Mop attack!
#3. Yoshika’s natto dish tastes horrible though it’s nutritious.

The food sucks!
#4. Yoshika has bad tea drinking manners.

Don’t slurp!
But when those who don’t really like Yoshika team together, the Neuroi scores a point by taking out Barkhorn when Perrine bangs into her.

Score!!! Even magic shield can’t save her.

The trio working together to survive the Neuroi’s onslaught.

Success! Barkhorn recovers and destroy the core.

Ends with a hug after Minna slaps some senses into Barkhorn, hard.

Ouch! Look at the face! O_o
This week’s epic moment goes to a troubled Francesca who wants a second helping. Try as she could, she doesn’t seem to be getting it as Yoshika is busy attending to the others. Seems like it’s time for some Charlotte and Francis action in the upcoming week. I’m guessing that there will be lots of comedy since the duo never fails to make me laugh whenever they appear.

Moaaaaar please!!!!

Ah, loli befriending. Always works against even the most hardened and tsun-tsun of the lot. It’s like watching Nanoha all over again!

@Shin
We can start guessing who’s Yoshika’s BBF at the end of the series. Will it be Lynnette, Sakamoto or ….Perrine? XD
@The Sojourner
Umi da!!!!
It’s a good transition. Ep4 ends with Barkhorn taking a break and in ep 5, it seems like some others are also taking a break along with her. (:
@C.I.
Ok, here you go! Have moar Natto! ~<3

It’s actually interesting to see a high class character from France (in Victorian outfit) joining the Strike Witches. The comedy level would have dropped an inch if she didn’t pick on others. The others are just too goody goody to pick on anyone.
